SilverRail Helps Transport for Wales Build Award-Winning Bilingual App

SilverRail is proud to work with Transport for Wales (TfW) to drive forward the Welsh government's vision to create a high-quality, safe, integrated, affordable, and accessible transport network for the people of Wales.
Prior to SilverRail entering the fold, TfW wanted to improve its customer proposition and develop a fully bilingual app. They also wanted to adopt an agile approach and evolve their digital architecture.
SilverRail worked with TfW and their front-end partners to produce an award-winning bilingual app that has helped boost ticket sales by 10% year-on-year.
