SilverRail, the B2B travel technology company that helps rail operators increase demand by opening new channels, and travel agencies access multiple rail operators via a single retailing platform, is excited to announce the extension of its partnership with Omio, the leading travel platform to compare and book trains, buses, flights, ferries and airport transfers.

Omio, active in 37 different countries worldwide, is using SilverRail’s distribution platform to provide US, Canadian and Swedish rail content to its customers.

SilverRail provides companies like Omio with a simple and cost-effective rail booking, ticketing and after-sales platform. Its API is designed to significantly reduce the complexity, operational cost and technical effort in connecting to rail content, and in doing so, makes selling sustainable travel easy. Both companies will work together to open new markets to bring more rail to Omio’s customer base.
