Om dokumentet (biljetten) ger rätt till transport med ett trafikföretag, sker denna transport enligt gällande offentliga bestämmelser samt varje särskilt trafikföretags generella och speciella transportbestämmelser. Dessa kan erhållas hos trafikföretaget ifråga och finns på respektive trafikföretags hemsida. Biljett och/eller servicekupong inlöses enligt gällande regler, om vilka upplysningar lämnas av den som utställt dokumentet. När resa eller tilläggstjänst (t ex hotell och evenemangsbiljetter) köpts hos en auktoriserad återförsäljare, som inte själv står för transportens eller tilläggstjänstens utförande, uppträder denne endast som återförsäljare och har således inget ansvar för transportens eller tilläggstjänstens utförande.
Dokumentet (biljetten) skall utan anmodan visas upp vid biljettkontroll.
Important message to the holder of this document
Always check that the tickets are issued in accordance with your requirements. If this document (the ticket) entitles to transportation with a carrier, the transport will be carried out according to existing public regulations and each carrier’s general and special conditions of carriage. These conditions can be obtained by applying to the carrier in question and are available on the website of each carrier. Ticket and/or voucher is redeemed according to existing conditions which are provided by the issuer of the ticket/voucher. If a journey or an additional service (for example hotel accommodation or event tickets) has been bought from an authorised retailer, not performing the transport or the additional service, he only acts as retailer and does not assume any liability for the performance of the journey or of the additional service.The ticket/document should be shown without being requested.
Särskilda användningsföreskrifter för gränsöverskridande resa
Denna biljett omnämner den eller de transportörer som resenären ingått ett eller flera befordringsavtal med för sin resa. Om denna biljett är utfärdad för en gränsöverskridande resa sker befordran enligt gällande taxor och bestämmelser, i internationell trafik “Fördrag om internationell järnvägstrafik” (COTIF) inkluderande “Enhetliga rättsregler för avtal om internationell transport av resande på järnväg” (CIV), Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EG) nr 1371/2007 av den 23 oktober 2007 om rättigheter och skyldigheter för tågresenärer (PRR), de Allmänna Transportvillkoren (General Conditions of Carriage (GCC-CIV/PRR) samt de i transporten ingående transportörernas Särskilda Transportvillkor (SCIC). Dessa föreskrifter finns tillgängliga hos de säljställen som säljer utrikesbiljetter. Information om hos vilka transportörer och transporttjänster CIV, PRR och GCC-CIV/PRR är giltiga kan även ras via CITs webbsida (www.cit-rail.org). Återbetalning av internationella biljetter sker enligt särskilda föreskrifter. Den resande skall närvara vid fullgörandet av tullmyndigheters eller andra administrativa myndigheters formaliteter. Den resande måste själv inhämta information hos ambassad eller konsulat om pass- och visumbestämmelser. Om biljetten säljs av en auktoriserad resebyrå, agerar resebyrån endast som återförsäljare till det utfärdande företaget och har inget ansvar för transportavtalets utförande. Tvister får endast avgöras av de rättsinstanser som anges i GCC-CIV/PRR.
Tillämplig lag är den som tillämpas av behörig rättsinstans.
Special conditions of use for international cross-border travel
This ticket mentions the carrier or carriers with whom the passenger concluded one or several contracts of carriage for his journey. If this ticket is issued for an international cross-border journey, carriage is subject to the “Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail” (COTIF) including the “Uniform rules concerning the Contract of International Carriage of Passengers by Rail” (CIV), The Regulation (EC) No. 1371/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations (PRR), the General Conditions of Carriage (GCC-CIV/PRR) and the Special Conditions of Carriage (SCIC) of the carriers included in the transport. These conditions are available by the sales points selling international tickets. The CIT website (www.cit-rail.org) also shows the carriers and transport services which are subject to the CIV Uniform rules, the PRR and GCC-CIV/PRR. Refund of international tickets are subject to special conditions. Passengers must be present during administrative formalities required by customs or other authorities. The passengers are responsible for obtaining information regarding passport or visa regulations by the corresponding embassy or consulate. If a ticket is sold by an authorised travel agency, the agency acts merely as the intermediary of the issuing undertaking and assumes no liability arising from the contract of carriage.
Disputes may only be brought before the courts and tribunals stated in the GCC-CIV/PRR. The applicable law is the one of the competent court and tribunal.
