SilverRail Technologies AB (formerly Linkon AB) is delighted to announce its development of Distribution+, a next-generation content platform, maintaining its long-standing commitment to improving the travel ecosystem within Sweden.

For 21 years, we have helped Swedish rail operators and travel agencies transform how they serve customers and run their businesses. Our distribution hub currently enables over 300 retailers to sell combined travel content easily and cost-effectively from all rail carriers (SJ, Vy Tåg, Vy Buss, MTRX, Tågab, Snälltåget) and Samtrafiken (covering 21 Public Transport Authorities).

Today, we are announcing a major investment in Distribution+, our future distribution system, which includes an improved Sales API with new features, increased flexibility and deeper content.

In addition, we will be enhancing our professional sales agent tool (Linkonline) to offer seamless sales and aftersales, as well as enhanced solutions for mid-office support and reporting. We will also continue to work with carriers to identify a more focused and streamlined inventory product.

Crucially, retailers will be automatically upgraded to our new solution without incurring the significant migration costs of switching to a new platform.

“We are all very excited to announce Distribution+, our new content hub that will seamlessly connect hundreds of retailers with rail carriers and transport authorities,” said Monica Öberg, Managing Director of SilverRail Technologies AB.

“What’s more, our customers will benefit from the new solution without bearing any migration costs in moving to a new platform. This investment is part of our long-standing commitment to improving the travel ecosystem in Sweden, and our team is so proud to play its part in powering one of the most advanced rail nations that has always pioneered green transportation. With the government’s ambitious plans to build a National Ticketing System and the recent opening of direct trains to mainland Europe, the future is bright.”
