SilverRail has expertise in every step of the customer life cycle: journey planning, inventory management, scheduling, pricing, booking, payment, ticketing, reporting and administration.
SilverCore is the company’s key product; the manifestation of this expertise.  It is the world’s first unified platform for global rail, connecting rail carriers with the worldwide ecosystem of travel distributors and managers through the implementation of simple, cost-effective, and innovative technology. Access to SilverCore is via a single API which is designed to greatly reduce the complexity involved in selling rail by providing a single, integrated service for shopping, booking, and purchasing tickets.
SilverRail works with distributors to help them access and sell rail in over eight countries, and with carriers themselves, enabling them to manage their retail operations, and ultimately, own their customer experience.
Today, our growing team of travel and e-commerce experts, mathematicians and software engineers work out of offices in London, Boston, Brisbane and Stockholm.

Our Team

Prior to founding SilverRail, Aaron built one of the largest travel technology and distribution companies in the US: National Leisure Group (NLG), a $1 Billion ecommerce leader in vacations & cruise.

Previously, he honed his survival skills in US Army’s 82nd Airborne and at global management consultancy Bain & Company.

Claim to Fame: One of the lowest-recorded combat parachute jumps in military history – from 300 feet, at night, into Panama.

Prior to co-founding SilverRail, Will was the VP Product Strategy and technical lead for distribution platforms at ITA Software, which involved building a next-generation GDS platform for airline distribution.

At SilverRail, Will is the driving force behind our product.

Claim to Fame: First solo airline trip to South Africa — at age 5. Since then he has circumnavigated this planet several times.

Asad has spent 23 years building and delivering cutting-edge technology products in numerous marketplaces.

Before joining SilverRail, Asad led the n2NCommerce engineering team that delivered and achieved acceptance of its hosted Retail Platform at Victoria’s Secret for their $1+ Billion eCommerce operations.

Claim to Fame: Took a 1500-mile rail trip in the very first year of his life, obviously in preparation for this stint with SilverRail.

Prior to joining SilverRail, Cameron spent 8 years at Expedia Inc. Most recently he led business development for EMEA for Expedia’s Affiliate Network.

Cameron also served on the board of directors of Nasdaq-listed eLong, Inc., a leading online travel provider in China from 2004 to 2007.

Claim to Fame: Cameron was one of the last few passengers to ride on top of the Devil’s Nose Railway in Ecuador before it was discontinued for safety fears.

Francis oversees all aspects of Implementation, Product Support and Service Management for the full range of SilverRail Products.

Francis joined SilverRail in 2013 with the acquisition of the Jeppesen Journey Planning business. At Jeppesen, Francis ran business units encompassing the company’s activities in the rail and postal logistics industries.

Claim to Fame: Francis believes he is the only person to have scored a goal like Robin van Persie’s “unique” diving header for Holland in the 2014 World Cup against Spain. Aged 16 – school football match. Francis’ goal was better.

Conor runs the go-to-market strategies for all our products and leads the execution of our developments accordingly.

The most recent member of our executive team, Conor brings with him a huge amount of experience having created the product organisation for Compete Inc and having run product-focused programs at IBM.

Claim to Fame: Conor was surely destined to work at SilverRail, having traveled by train in 25 countries on 5 continents.

Sebastian leads SilverRail Nordics and its Carrier IT business.

Prior to joing SilverRail, Sebastian spent some 15 years in digital transformation, as a consultant and at Amadeus, where he headed the Online Division in the Nordics and in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.

Claim to Fame:  At 23 years old, Sebastian circumnavigated the Atlantic Ocean.
